Office Manager Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and clinic workflow
• Manage, support, and develop front office and clinical staff
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure an outstanding patient experience
• Facilitate staff training and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee insurance verification and administrative processes

Office Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical or office management experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
