Qualifications for Office Manager

• Office manager or executive administrative experience
• Accounts payable and general accounting experience
• Payroll experience
• Accounting or business degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities for Office Manager

• Entering accounts payable
• Creating accounts payable checks
• Processing payroll for 35-40 employees
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Assist in answering phones and forwarding calls
• Processing incoming mail
• Order and maintain office supplies
