What You'll Be Doing
- Lead new hires through onboarding paperwork and employment requirements
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance with company and client policies
- Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to candidates and active clients
- Support client development through check-ins, service follow-ups, and needs discovery
- Communicate start details, schedules, and workforce updates to clients
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and CRM tools
- Partner with recruiters and leadership to support client satisfaction and growth
What We're Looking For
- Confident phone presence with a professional, persuasive communication style
- Strong organization and attention to detail
