Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.00/hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Guide new hires through onboarding paperwork and employment requirements
• Verify documentation and ensure compliance with company and client policies
• Maintain accurate records using internal databases and digital filing systems
• Communicate with candidates and clients to confirm start details and schedules
• Support the recruiting team with daily administrative tasks and candidate follow-up

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Confident communication skills - both written and verbal
• Comfortable using computer systems and online platforms
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment
• Previous experience in HR, staffing, or administrative support is a plus!
