Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Calls:
- Handle calls, outbound, handling objections
- Gather necessary details and accurately enter them into the system.
- Accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system.
- Outbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads.
- Engage with customers.
- Overcome objections and handle rebuttals.
- Meet daily and weekly call goals, focusing on securing as many 'YES' responses as possible.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Confidence in handling objections and providing rebuttals, especially for outbound calls.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment (inbound or outbound).
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and data entry.
