Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Order Filler / Pickers to support warehouse operations through accurate order fulfillment and inventory handling. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and precision-driven work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using pick sheets or handheld scanners
- Replenish and retrieve product from bins or shelving locations
- Verify order accuracy using computer systems, packing lists, and shipping labels
- Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
- Assist with physical inventory counts and location-based product verification
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or warehouse operations
- Cross-functional warehouse experience preferred (inbound, outbound, receiving, shipping-domestic and/or international)
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) strongly preferred
- Examples include JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count and verify inventory
- Ability to follow written and electronic instructions
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 90% of the shift
- Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred
