Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 annually

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Assistant to support our engineering team and contribute to operational excellence. This position offers a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment and work closely with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects and daily operations through documentation, coordination, and data management.
• Utilize AutoCAD to assist with drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Maintain organized files, records, and project logs to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with purchasing, quality, and manufacturing teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Perform general administrative and technical support as needed for the engineering team.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD experience required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in Purchasing, Quality, or Manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
