Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct real estate closings for mortgage transactions
- Work directly with attorneys, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers during closings
- Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Balance receipts, disbursements, and financial transactions
- Ensure all documentation meets legal and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process
- Maintain organized records and handle multiple files simultaneously
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional presence with the ability to lead and manage a room of 8-10 people
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience:
- Background in real estate, title, or mortgage industry
- Banking or loan processing experience
- Familiarity with financial and legal terminology
