Express Employment Professionals in St. Charles is actively hiring an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth across St. Charles County. This is a full-time, direct-hire field sales position with a clear path to career advancement and leadership.

No prior sales experience required. We provide comprehensive, paid B2B sales training from day one. If you have the drive, strong interpersonal skills, and a competitive mindset, we will teach you the industry and the sales process.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Field Sales)

• Territory Management: Drive daily routes across St. Charles County, visiting local businesses face-to-face.

• Prospecting & Cold Outreach: Walk into commercial, industrial, and office businesses to introduce Express workforce solutions to business owners and hiring managers.

• Consultative Selling: Uncover staffing and HR challenges, qualify prospective accounts, and present tailored solutions.

• Closing & Account Growth: Negotiate service agreements, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing account relationships.

• Activity Metrics: Maintain structured weekly call volumes, set face-to-face appointments, and follow up consistently.

• Schedule: Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
