Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local, award-winning advertising company to find an energetic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join their team.

This is a fast-paced, highly rewarding sales position where your success is in your hands. You'll be responsible for business-to-business sales, maintaining current accounts, and driving revenue through digital and print advertising solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new business through cold and warm calling, networking, and referrals
• Maintain and grow existing accounts
• Conduct in-person client visits to deliver persuasive advertising presentations
• Sell both digital and print advertising packages tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Stay current with market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Represent the company professionally in the community

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years of successful sales experience (entry-level applicants with drive encouraged to apply)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of retail and small business marketing needs
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to hear 'no' but keep moving forward
• Comfortable using modern tech (email, cell, internet, basic typing skills)
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
