About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building client relationships, meeting face-to-face with customers, and driving sales growth in their territory.

You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business within assigned territory
• Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Prepare and submit sales reports and territory activity updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, must pass MVR checks, and vehicle insurance must meet company's requirements
