Job Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Paris, IL. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team-focused production environment. Associates will be responsible for assembling products, maintaining a clean work area, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly line tasks according to production requirements
Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
Inspect products during and after assembly for quality assurance
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Assist with other production duties as assigned

Please note: Candidates must be willing to work in a team setting, have great communication skills (written and verbal), and must be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
