We are hiring dependable Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Paris, IL. In this position, you will assemble products and components while following work instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and components according to instructions
- Use basic hand tools and equipment
- Inspect completed products for quality
- Move materials and finished products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Complete other production duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Previous assembly experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work occasional Fridays and Saturdays as needed
Please note: Candidates must be willing to work in a team setting, have great communication skills (written and verbal), and must be able to pass a background check.
