Packaging Operator (Night Shift)

Location: Bartow, FL
Schedule: 12-hour shifts 7pm - 7am (2-2-3 Rotation)
Environment: Fully automated, aseptic, cGMP-regulated manufacturing

Role Overview:

The Packaging Operator is responsible for ensuring Assure Infusions' sterile products are packaged efficiently and accurately using HMI-controlled robotics and conveyor systems. This role requires strict adherence to cGMP and aseptic handling procedures to maintain product integrity in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate automated packaging equipment and monitor real-time data via HMI control panels.
• Ensure aseptic protocols are maintained throughout the packaging process.
• Conduct visual inspections of product labels, seals, and packaging integrity.
• Adjust robotic packaging and conveyor systems for different product batches.
• Document all production activities in compliance with FDA and cGMP requirements.
• Perform routine sanitization of packaging equipment per regulatory protocols.
• Troubleshoot HMI-controlled machinery issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with automated packaging systems (pharma, food, or high-speed manufacturing preferred).
• Familiarity with HMI panels, robotic packaging, and aseptic handling procedures.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA compliance, and cleanroom operations.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a high-tech environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification or manufacturing training a plus).
