Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will package finished food products, inspect items for quality, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Package finished products according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, proper labeling, and correct packaging.
- Stack, palletize, and prepare completed orders for shipment.
- Verify product counts and ensure packaging materials are stocked and available.
- Operate basic packaging equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with line changeovers, sanitation, and other production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
