• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a painter, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Proficient in using paint application tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Ability to mix paint to achieve specific colors and finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks involving standing, climbing, and lifting.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri (some overtime required)

- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, and other means.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve desired colors and effects.
- Remove old paint or finishes using stripping tools, heat guns, or chemicals.
- Repair holes, cracks, and other imperfections on surfaces.
- Install and repair drywall as necessary.
- Select and purchase appropriate paint and materials.
- Ensure all work is performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Protect surrounding areas and furniture during the painting process.
- Clean up work areas and maintain tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
