Job Title: Part-Time Administrative AssistantLocation: Albany, ORPay: $16.00 per hourSchedule:Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM (initial training period)Potential to extend to 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM after training Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our manufacturing office. This is a part-time morning position ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced yet occasionally relaxed environment.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and assist customers with questionsTake and process orders for dispensersPerform invoicing and maintain accurate recordsWork with Excel spreadsheets and other computer programsComplete filing and general administrative tasksLearn and maintain knowledge of company products to assist customers effectivelyAssist with light production support tasks during slower periods, including cutting numbers and stuffing bagsQualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applicationsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage varying workloadsWillingness to learn company products and processesWork Environment:This position involves a mix of administrative duties and light hands-on tasks.
