Position: Part‑Time Inventory Control Specialist

Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: 2-3 days per week | 15-20 hours
Location: Flathead Valley

What You'll Do

• Manage on‑site inventory including stocking, ordering, and organization
• Unpack shipments, verify accuracy, and store materials properly
• Maintain stock levels and generate replenishment orders
• Coordinate with customers for order approvals when needed
• Process returns (RMA) and resolve product or service issues
• Keep inventory areas clean, organized, and safe
• Use company systems for tracking, ordering, and reporting
• Communicate with customer site contacts to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
• Computer proficiency (MS Office; inventory/ERP systems a plus)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently

Experience

• 3-5 years in inventory, warehouse, assembly, or related work preferred
• Experience working independently or in a lead‑type role is helpful
• Lean manufacturing or ERP experience is a plus

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

Travel

• Local travel between customer locations
• Mileage reimbursed at $0.49/mile
• Monthly $50 cell phone allowance
