Part Time Janitorial Maintenance

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers as needed
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines when handling chemicals and equipment
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting repair needs
- Maintain outdoor areas by picking up debris and ensuring entrances are clean and presentable
- Monitor and report any safety hazards, damages, or maintenance issues to management
- Ensure compliance with company standards, OSHA regulations, and health codes
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as required
- Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Attention to detail
- Able to be on feet for extended amount of time outside
