Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to records and documents.
- Assist in the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and property showings for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings, including venue selection and catering.
- Support the financial management of the office including invoicing and expense tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator, receptionist, or similar role.
- Experience with Section 8 regulations a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
