Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant for our client in Chiloquin!

We are looking for a dependable, organized individual with QuickBooks experience who is comfortable handling day-to-day office responsibilities and working independently.

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Part-time; schedule to be discussed

Responsibilities:

• Perform general office and administrative duties
• Enter and maintain accurate records
• Assist with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
• Use QuickBooks for data entry and basic accounting tasks
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers as needed
• Organize paperwork and maintain files
• Provide general administrative support to the office

Qualifications:

• Previous QuickBooks experience is required
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge
• Comfortable working with computers and office software
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
