- Process payroll accurately from start to finish
- Prepare and file quarterly tax forms
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks (desktop & online)
- Reconcile accounts and verify payroll data
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with payroll and tax regulations
- Communicate with clients or internal staff regarding payroll-related questions
