- Assist customers in-store and over the phone with parts and accessory orders
- Look up parts using an electronic catalog system
- Support internal departments by sourcing correct parts for service work
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Keep the parts area clean and orderly
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical interest or product knowledge preferred
- Comfortable using computers and multitasking
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
