What You'll Do
- Communicate with internal departments and outside vendors to order and track parts
- Schedule appointments and coordinate parts flow for repair jobs
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
- Support the team by multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and retain information quickly
- Reliability and a professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn-auto body, shop, or parts counter experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move throughout the shop as needed
- Lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
