Customer Supplied Parts Coordinator

Express Employment is partnering with a manufacturing company in Lacon, IL is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with Customer Supplied Parts Coordinator within the shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain control of customer-supplied items and coordinate distribution to the shop
- Prepare shipments, including photographic documentation and required shipping paperwork
- Prepare, update, and file production and quality documentation
- Assist with receiving and parts crib duties when needed
- Support quality control and health & safety procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve department processes and reduce loss
- Assist with other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient with Excel, Word, database systems, and email
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand while working
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs
