Part Runner / General Support

Warden & Royal City Area

We're seeking a motivated, dependable self‑starter to join a busy team. This role supports customers, deliveries, inventory, and overall facility upkeep. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and helping customers, this may be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist customers as a top priority
• Receive, stock, and restock inventory, unload and load trucks
• Operate a Hyster and other equipment; tow and back up trailers
• Deliver parts as needed; learn propane filling procedures
• Carry items out for customers
• Perform daily cleaning including:
  • Garbage removal, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and shelf facing
  • Cleaning coffee machine, popcorn machine, bathrooms
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum office areas
• Yard and exterior maintenance:
  • Mowing, trash pickup, pond pump inlet cleaning
  • Repair fence slots and keep asphalt areas swept
  • Apply ice melt during winter months
  • Pick up used metal and debris around the property

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent communication and basic troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and stay productive
• Team‑oriented with attention to cleanliness and organization
• Keeps vehicles, equipment, and work areas neat and safe

Preferred Experience

• Delivery or warehouse work
• Parts handling
• Irrigation, agriculture, or equipment experience
