We are looking for a detail-oriented Parts Washer to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using pneumatic/power tools, hand-held tools, and torque wrenches, with the ability to interpret production work instructions, blueprints, and use SAP/warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Operate various tools and equipment, including stand-up forklift.
• Read and interpret work instructions, production orders, and blueprints.
• Clean and maintain machines and equipment.
• Load blocks into wash baskets following correct procedures.
• Inspect parts during assembly and handle non-conforming materials.
• Perform general math and problem-solving for block placement.
• Lift up to 50 lbs for 8-10 hour shifts.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools, torque wrenches, and forklift operation.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding English.
• Experience with SAP and warehouse management systems preferred.
