Requirements
Job Responsibilities (not inclusive)
- Assist with collecting timesheet data and employee payroll information.
- Enter data into payroll and administrative systems with accuracy.
- Support the preparation of paychecks and direct deposits.
- Maintain organized payroll files and documentation.
- Assist in responding to basic payroll-related inquiries.
- Help with payroll reconciliations and reporting as directed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the payroll team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Basic understanding of payroll practices and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn payroll systems and processes.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of payroll, accounting, or administrative experience.
- Experience with payroll or accounting software a plus but not required.
