Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. This position involves assembling and putting together various components-both by hand and with machinery-to create industrial nuts, bolts, and related fasteners.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and hand tools to assemble or produce parts according to specifications
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Load and unload parts into machines safely and efficiently
• Perform basic machine setup, monitoring, and adjustments as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and positive work attitude
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift 2:00 to 10:30pm
