Responsibilities:
Some typical tasks performed may include a combination of the following:
- Being flexible to work in any of the following 5 areas:
- 1. Pickers - Single piece pick/pack/ship - primarily one piece ships
- 2. Shippers/Scanners - Scan and print labels, requires some computer knowledge
- 3. Receiving - counting and receiving of product, replenishment - higher aptitude role
- 4. Truck/Taper Function - Insert void fill and close cartons, manual sorting to trucks
- 5. Box making and pre boxing - assembling boxes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse
- Experience with forklifts is a plus
- Physical health, agility and stamina
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
- Ability to follow instructions
