Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize a voice-picking headset system to receive and complete order assignments.
- Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and track inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products and quantities are correct.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow warehouse procedures and productivity standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment issues.
- Safely handle materials while adhering to all company safety policies.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners and/or voice-picking technology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying products.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
- Must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts, with potential overtime on Fridays.
