Pay: $27-31 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is hiring skilled industrial talent for a recovery facility in Denver, CO. Whether your background is as a Plant Mechanic or a Distillation Operator, this client is open to strong candidates who can keep their operation running smoothly. In this role, you may be repairing and maintaining pumps, motors, and plant machinery, or operating and maintaining distillation equipment while ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain plant equipment, including pumps, valves, motors, and distillation systems.
• Perform compatibility testing and safely transload samples from bulk tankers and drums.
• Fabricate, install, dismantle, and reassemble plant equipment as needed.
• Maintain detailed operating logs and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure peak efficiency.
• Safely operate support equipment such as forklifts, man lifts, and backhoes.
What We're Looking For
• 2-3+ years of experience as a Plant Mechanic or Distillation Operator (oil/gas or industrial experience preferred).
• Knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, or hazardous material systems.
• Fabrication skills (welding, plasma cutting, torch use) a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
