Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and identify quality issues
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
- Trim, assemble, and package molded parts as needed
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow GMP, safety, and manufacturing procedures at all times
- Communicate equipment or quality concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of plastic injection molding experience required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience in a regulated environment preferred
- Experience performing quality inspections and identifying defects
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
