Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plumber to perform residential service calls on a commission-only basis. This role requires strong technical expertise, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while continuing to grow in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential plumbing service calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Diagnose, repair, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Perform tankless water heater flushes and related maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have own plumbing tools and equipment.
• Experience soldering and performing professional-grade plumbing repairs (no reliance on temporary fittings).
• Previous experience with reputable residential service companies such as Parker & Sons or George Brazil is highly preferred.

Compensation

• Commission-only structure with strong earning potential based on performance and service volume.
