Plumber / Pipefitter - Residential & Service

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Plumber/Pipefitter to join a growing, family-oriented team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, values strong customer relationships, and is committed to continuing to grow in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service on all service calls
• Diagnose, repair, and complete plumbing service work in a professional manner
• Perform maintenance tasks, including tankless water heater flushes
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed, recommendations, and pricing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Continue developing skills and knowledge within the plumbing trade

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to interact professionally and respectfully with customers
• Must supply own tools, including pipe wrenches
• Experience with tankless water heater maintenance (flushes required)
• Background with well-known residential service companies is a plus
