Plumbing Install Lead

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to join our team!   The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on water heaters, tankless, re-routes, and sewers
• Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)
• Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs)
• Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable
• Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
• Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business

Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
