Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, service, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Respond to scheduled service calls and emergency plumbing requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by clearly explaining issues, solutions, and pricing.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, memberships, and additional services that benefit the customer.
• Present recommendations confidently using a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Build trust with homeowners and create long-term customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed service and sales performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local plumbing codes and company standards.
• Accurately document service details, invoices, estimates, and customer interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Plumbing license preferred but not required depending on experience.

Work Environment: 

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
