Location: Beavercreek
Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shift 
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Polisher / Parts Deburr Technician for a manufacturing facility in Vandalia, Ohio. This position is responsible for finishing and smoothing metal parts to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys hands-on work, and can maintain consistency in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:
• Deburr and polish metal parts using hand tools and equipment
• Remove sharp edges, excess material, and imperfections from components
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Follow work instructions and specifications closely
• Maintain a steady pace to meet production goals
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:
• Previous deburring, polishing, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
