Polisher / Production Finishing Technician Pay: $18.00/hour startingSchedule: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Polisher / Production Finishing Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for finishing and polishing metal components to meet quality standards before final assembly and shipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team that produces high-quality custom products. No previous polishing experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are key to success in this role. Responsibilities Perform polishing, deburring, and finishing work on metal components Inspect parts for quality, appearance, and defects Use hand tools, polishing equipment, and basic shop equipment Smooth rough edges and prepare parts for final production stages Maintain consistent quality standards and production expectations Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Assist with other production tasks as needed Learn manufacturing processes and equipment through hands-on training Qualifications Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Comfortable working with your hands and standing for extended periods Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes Reliable attendance and positive attitude Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Experience with hand tools, fabrication, manufacturing, or automotive/powersports is a plus, but not required Preferred Skills Experience with sanding, grinding, polishing, or metal finishing Familiarity with shop environments Ability to recognize quality differences in finished products Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday Ability to handle small and medium-sized parts Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and tools What We Offer Starting pay of $18/hour Hands-on training provided Opportunity to develop manufacturing and finishing skills Stable work environment with growth potential #albor
