Overview
A well-established property management company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a mobile home community in Phoenix. This role covers general property maintenance with a strong emphasis on pool care and upkeep. The ideal candidate is reliable, presentable, and comfortable working independently around residents and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance, including:
  • Cleaning filters
  • Checking and balancing chemicals daily
  • Scrubbing pool tiles for deep cleaning
  • Running and monitoring pool pumps
• Read water meters on a monthly basis
• Operate a golf cart to move around the property
• Handle general maintenance and upkeep of community grounds and common areas
• Maintain a professional, presentable appearance while working on-site

Requirements

• Prior experience in commercial and/or residential maintenance
• Working knowledge of swimming pool operations and water chemistry
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Comfortable operating a golf cart
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Work Environment

• On-site at a mobile home community (no entry into residents' homes required)
• Outdoor work in Phoenix conditions
• Reports directly to the on-site Community Manager
