Now Hiring: Entry Level Powder Coat Tech

Location: Newberg, OR
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $19/hour DOE

We're looking for a motivated Entry Level Powder Coat Technician to join our team! No experience is necessary-we'll train you to succeed.

What You'll Learn:

• How to prep and mask components for powder coating
• Powder spray and bake processes
• Blueprint reading and interpretation
• In-depth inspection techniques for coated components
• Troubleshooting and resolving quality issues
• Accurate documentation practices
• Routine machine maintenance
• Prioritizing and organizing daily tasks
• Applying Continuous Improvement principles

Preferred Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude & strong work ethic
• Basic shop math (including decimals)
• NCRC certification is a plus (not required)

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
