We're hiring a Powder Coater to join a fast-paced production team. If you've got an eye for detail, know your way around a spray gun, and take pride in producing clean, durable finishes - this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepping metal parts (cleaning, sanding, masking)
- Applying powder coating using a spray gun in a booth environment
- Operating ovens to cure coated parts
- Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintaining a clean, safe work area and following safety protocols
What We're Looking For:
- Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and steady hand
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical, fast-moving environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and follow process standards
