NOW HIRING - 2nd Shift Powder Coat Painter

We are looking to hire a Powder Coat Painter in the Markle, IN area. Pay is $18-$21/hour depending on experience with 2nd Shift Available (Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am)!

Responsibilities:

• Apply powder coat paint to metal parts and components following standard procedures
• Prepare, hang, and inspect parts prior to coating
• Operate spray guns, ovens, and other coating equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain consistent quality while meeting daily production goals
• Perform touch-ups, clean equipment, and ensure work area remains safe and organized

Skills:

• Previous powder coating or painting experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Comfortable standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Consistent work history
