What You'll Do
In this position, you'll play an important role in daily production:
- Set up and operate Press Brake machines to meet production requirements
- Ensure all finished parts meet quality and accuracy standards
- Identify and select proper tooling for various applications
- Assist with programming and machine adjustments to improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth and consistent production
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of Press Brake operating experience
- Strong knowledge of tooling identification and setup
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Position Highlights
- Pay: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
