Job Title: Flexo Press Support

Location: Lake Oswego, OR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30 AM-2:00 PM

We are seeking a Press Operator team member to assist our clients' press operators in maintaining smooth production. #1939LID

Key Responsibilities

• Production Assistance: Work directly with press operators to set up and operate flexo presses for label printing.
• Material & Supply Handling: Load raw materials, mix inks, and restock supplies as needed.
• Press Setup: Install print cylinders, load dies, and secure rolls of material onto the press.
• In-Process Adjustments: Assist with adjustments to speed, alignment, and ink impression to maintain print quality.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Job Specification Comprehension: Read and interpret job orders accurately.
• Finishing & Packaging: Help with finishing processes and packaging of printed products.
• Maintenance & Organization: Maintain a clean press area and assist with equipment cleaning and lubrication.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1 year in manufacturing, printing, or packaging preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read job specs and perform basic measurements.
• Physical Abilities: Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and have close/color vision.
• Soft Skills: Team-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions.

Pay: $18.00/hr.
