Job Responsibilities
Typical duties may include:
- Sorting and inspecting harvested product for quality
- Removing husks, stalks, and damaged or moldy product
- Identifying and reporting product defects
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Lifting and moving materials weighing between 15-50 lbs.
- Following all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work in varying climate conditions, both indoors and outdoors
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
