• 7:00am to 4:00pm

Job Duties:

• Supervise daily job site operations while assisting with hands-on carpentry work in a school construction environment
• Lead and coordinate crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Perform wood framing, metal liner panel installation, and finish wall product installation
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction plans
• Maintain compliance with job site safety standards and school facility requirements
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets project expectations
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members regarding progress and job site needs
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist with material planning, site organization, and workflow coordination
• Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and company policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or school construction environments
• Strong background in wood framing, finish carpentry, and metal panel systems
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass background check required
• First Aid certification preferred
• Prior leadership or working supervisor experience preferred
