Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Press Operator to join our production team on 1st shift in Minster, Ohio. The Print Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing press machines during 1st shift production hours
• Perform make-ready procedures, press adjustments, and color registration to meet quality standards
• Inspect printed materials for accuracy, color consistency, and defects
• Troubleshoot press, mechanical, and print quality issues
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic press repairs
• Read and interpret job tickets, production schedules, and work orders
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Print Press Operator or Printing Press Operator preferred
• Experience with offset, digital, flexographic, or screen printing presses is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for long periods
• High school diploma or GED preferred
