As a Process Technician (Production Operator), you'll help keep production operating smoothly by working with essential equipment such as:
- Molding presses
- Dryers & grinders
- Thermolators
- Material mixers
- Scales for accurate measurements
- Molds and other production tools
You'll also:
- Perform visual inspections and record accurate quality measurements
- Follow ISO and documented work instructions
- Use SPC techniques for product consistency
- Work with precision tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, plug gauges)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
