What You'll Do
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of key manufacturing equipment, including:
- Molding presses
- Dryers
- Grinders
- Thermolators
- Material mixers
- Scales for weighing product
- Molds
You will also:
- Take accurate quality measurements and complete visual inspections
- Follow all ISO procedures and documented work instructions
- Use job-specific SPC techniques to ensure product consistency
- Operate and maintain precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and plug gauges
- Follow cold-weather production procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
